Case Journals Counselling ScreenshotsThis is the initial tab of the Client Maintenance screen where you maintain some basic information about the Client.  The second tab page of the Client Maintenance screen is where you attach specific codes (that you create) which in turn are used when Case Journals tabulates and reports demographic statistics.  On the third tab page of the Client Maintenance screen, you can connect each Client with other Clients to whom they have a relationship with.  The first tab on the Cases Maintenance screen is where you select specific service delivery codes which are responsible for statistical breakdown of service delivered.  The second tab of the Cases Maintenance is where you can set up additional flags and coding such as challenges, reasons for closure and more. These are all good for both case management and statistics.  The Third tab page of the Cases screen is where you connect the Client or Clients to the Case itself.  You can attach external files (such as PDFs and Word documents) directly to a Client or a Case using the File Repository system built into the software.  Counsellors enter their time for one-on-one, couples and family counselling on this easy to use screen. Furthermore, you can create non-direct codes for things like "Administration", "Case Mgmt meetings" etc..  If you or your agency run Groups, you would enter that activity on this screen. Case Journals handles both series and non-series groups.  The Case Note entry includes a spellcheck feature and the ability to use Note Templates to assist in creating concise and accurate case notes.  Stats are generated on demand at any time with print time filters to determine what is reported on.  An individual an team calendar is built in to the Case Journals Software.  |
